- One company WhatsApp number
- One clear owner for every enquiry
- Quotes and invoices, no extra steps
- Follow-ups flagged with the reason
How it works
From first message to recorded payment
Create your workspace and connect WhatsApp
Set up your business, then connect your company number through Meta’s official sign-up. Typing a number is not a connection; Gambit shows whether it is really connected.
Handle enquiries and assign responsibility
Messages arrive in one list. Each enquiry gets an owner, and you sort it as sales, support or spam.
Prepare quotes, issue invoices, record payments
Create a quote or invoice from an enquiry, or without one. Issuing an invoice is not payment; you record payments as they arrive.
Review follow-ups
See quiet enquiries, quotes awaiting a decision and overdue invoices, with the reason each one is flagged.
Assignment
One company number. A clear owner for every enquiry.
Everyone signs in with their own login, so responsibility is never guesswork.
- Equal allocationNew enquiries are shared in turn between staff who are receiving them. Existing owners don’t change unless a manager reassigns.
- Personal listsStaff open “My enquiries” and see only their own work.
- Management oversightOwners and managers see the whole team, filter by person, pause someone’s new enquiries and reassign.

Quotes and invoices
Send a quote. Issue the invoice. Record the payment.
Start from an enquiry or from a customer. Each step is optional, so nothing needs a quote first.

Recovery
Chase unfinished sales and unpaid invoices
See which enquiries went quiet, which quotes need a decision and which invoices need a reminder. Review the suggested next step before sending.
- Potential sales and money owed are kept apart. An open quote is a possible sale; only an issued invoice is money owed.
- Owner review before sending. Nothing goes out automatically, and a changed message needs approval again.
- Not a message-recovery tool. It doesn’t restore deleted WhatsApp messages.

FAQ
Questions
How do I join the pilot?
Email us from the Join the pilot page: send your business name and a short description, and we’ll reply about pilot access. Requests are made by email for now, and nothing is saved or charged by the website.
Who is Gambit for?
Small businesses that receive sales enquiries through WhatsApp, from owner-operated shops to small teams. It is built around enquiries, quotes, invoices and follow-ups.
Can my team share one company WhatsApp number?
Yes. You connect one company WhatsApp number through Meta’s official sign-up, and each person signs in with their own login. Every enquiry has one owner.
Can we reply from inside Gambit?
Yes, once your number is connected. Each reply shows what actually happened: sent, delivered, read or failed. Outside WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window only pre-approved templates can be sent; templates are not set up in this version, so those messages stay blocked and say why.
When do the seven days start?
After your AED 30 payment is verified and your WhatsApp number is successfully connected, whichever comes second. Entering a phone number does not connect WhatsApp.
Does AED 30 renew automatically?
No. It is a single payment for seven days of access. Nothing renews and nothing is charged afterwards unless you choose a subscription.
What happens after the trial?
Your records stay. You can still view and export them. To keep creating and sending, you choose a subscription yourself. Ongoing prices have not been announced yet.
Are WhatsApp usage charges included?
No. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta or your provider. Taxes that apply are shown before you pay.
Can I keep using WhatsApp Business on my phone?
Meta supports running the Business app alongside its platform for some accounts (called coexistence), but eligibility depends on your account and app version. We can’t promise it for every number; ask us during the pilot.
Will my existing chat history appear?
Don’t count on it. Gambit shows messages received after your number is connected. Importing older chats is not a supported feature today.
